Lucia OS - the privacy scenario map

A map of 66 privacy scenarios across the life of a sovereign, capability-secured system, rendered by the Lucia UI framework compiled to the browser. Each scenario is coloured by its reality status and marked where its outcome is proven by the real cryptographic core rather than merely asserted.

Reality status

• HOLDS - built and runs today (sealing, grants, publish, revocation, the zero-trust relay).
• PARTIAL - a mechanism exists but is incomplete, or needs an unbuilt charter/policy layer.
• INVENT - designed with no precedent; the Lucia-original design frontier.
• GAP - no answer today, or the honest price of a chosen property.
• PROVEN - the outcome is computed by the real Lucia core, not just claimed.
